We sit at the intersection of three commercially valuable assets accumulated through Wünsche-adjacent operations: decade-long manufacturing relationships across Turkey and China, a track record placing private-label SKUs into European hard-discounter shelves (ALDI, LIDL, and the broader category-buyer ecosystem), and the technology stack of the Mynd platform itself — signal ingestion, supplier dossiers, AI orchestration.
Today we serve three segments. Turkish family-business importers and producers who have factories or sourcing pipelines but lack structured access to European retail buyers. European private-label category managers looking for vetted Turkish and Chinese capacity at price. And independent trading houses who want intelligence infrastructure — supplier signal, market reads, dossiers — without having to build it themselves.
The categories at launch: private-label batteries (Max Power lineage), lighting and household consumables, and a food vertical in the pipeline. Every container is shaped by signal, not just rolodex.
